What these closures mean
The closure on record at C254 was for lightning. Stations commonly stop outdoor work, such as loading vehicles in the lot, while lightning is close by and start again once it has stayed away for a set time, so one storm can bring a short closure, or several in a row.
A closure on this page is a stretch of time the tracker recorded C254 as closed, mostly because weather reports at the station were of the kind that usually comes with a closure. It is not a confirmed decision by the station: station leadership makes the final call, and what happens to a block during a closure depends on the station and the Flex app, so check the app and your messages.
